Warranty

I stand behind my work with a 30-day warranty on all adjustments and repairs. Because musical instruments are dynamic, responsive objects made from natural materials, it is normal for certain setup adjustments to gradually shift as the instrument acclimates to changes in temperature, humidity, string tension, transportation, and individual playing style. Even small environmental changes can affect an instrument’s feel, playability, and overall performance over time.

If any adjustments settle or drift during the warranty period, I’ll be happy to reevaluate the instrument and make any necessary fine-tuning to help it continue performing at its best. My goal is not only to deliver quality work, but also to ensure that the instrument remains comfortable, stable, and inspiring to play after it leaves my bench.

Outside of the warranty period, I’m still happy to help address concerns, make additional adjustments, or discuss further work on a case-by-case basis. I value long-term relationships with my clients and want every instrument I work on to receive the continued care and attention it deserves..
